Insanity Workout & Team Beachbody Coach

Beachbody Coach Rob HumphreyHello there, and welcome to Pledgetostayfit.com. I’m Rob Humphrey, and not only am I father to two wonderful girls and husband to an equally wonderful wife, but I am also a proud Beachbody Coach. This blog is dedicated to sharing my Beachbody experiences as customer and Coach with you, with the hope that you will come on board and be a part of what I would consider some of the most effective fitness systems available today. Most of you should be familiar with Beachbody programs like Insanity and P90X, which are heavily promoted through infomercials on cable television.

For most of my teenage years and a great deal of my adult life, I struggled with weight gain. I would be lying if I said I was the definition of obese, but there were certainly weight challenges that I had not been able to overcome, until…

One day I was home channel surfing from my couch and came across one of those P90X infomercials I mentioned earlier. Of course, that was not the first infomercial promoting exercise and weight loss that I had seen, but something stuck out about the one for the P90X program. I actually sat there and watched the entire thing, because I felt this was the tool that could help me lose the weight I needed to lose and finally get in shape.

I was never the guy who paid for gym membership or personal training and spent hours each day lifting weights and running on the treadmill. It seemed to me that P90X was designed specifically for me because it consists of just twelve workouts as well as fitness and diet guides to keep me on the right track. Plus, there is a 90 day guarantee for success! And I’m here to tell you that the system works, because after two workouts, I went from 220 pounds to 180 pounds, which is the lightest I have been since high school. Beachbody and P90X changed my life, and a big part of that was due to my Beachbody Coach.

You see, when I ordered P90X online, I was assigned a Beachbody Coach who was with me every step of the way. My coach helped with my diet and also provided a lot of support and motivation. After I completed the P90X program, I was completely satisfied with my results and decided to explore Beachody’s coaching opportunity so I could have the chance to “give back” and help others in the same way my coach helped me. To my surprise (a pleasant one, might I add), the Beachbody coaching opportunity came with added perks:

I would qualify for 25% discount on all Beachbody products
I could make money by selling Beachbody products and helping others with their fitness goals

Obviously, I was sold on the idea of becoming a coach and signed up right away! As a Beachbody Coach, I now help my customers get the most out of their workout and weight loss programs while I continue to get myself in shape. I also help my Team of Coaches build their businesses. And in case I didn’t mention before, I actually get paid weekly! Professional athletes are always in great shape – there’s no reason they shouldn’t be, because they are basically paid to be in shape.

If you had the opportunity to be paid for getting in shape and staying that way, wouldn’t you jump at it? Well, here is your chance! The Beachbody Coach opportunity offers just that. Now, what sets the Beachbody Coach opportunity apart from the rest of the field is their “customer lead program”. With this program, Beachbody will plug paying customers into your business. If you are interested in learning more about the Beachbody Coach opportunity, getting my help to build your team and even getting started for FREE, please visit my Beachbody Business Presentation Page.

You can also contact me if you are interested in buying any Beachbody products. If you have decided on a program that is right for you, you can order directly from MY BEACHBODY STORE. Every product in My Beachbody Store comes with either a 30, 60 or 90 day money back guarantee so there’s absolutely nothing to lose – except weight!

I look forward to working with you,

Team Beachbody Coach

How to create a Hybrid Program with P90X and Insanity

Life After P90X, Part II: Creating Hybrid Programs

By Steve Edwards

Whoever coined the phrase “variety is the spice of life” probably wasn’t a fitness trainer, but they could have been. Scientifically speaking, variety is one of the most important aspects of fitness. No matter how intricate your training program, if you do it the same way all the time, your body will stop responding to it. This is why despite the fact that P90X is one of the most unique and varied home fitness programs ever created, we continue to add wrinkles to it. Even then, Tony Horton is still only one person. By combining various trainers’ fitness programs, you can create an intricate web of muscle-confusing possibilities and make it virtually impossible for your training program to go stale.

In an article titled Exercise Infomercials: We Try Before You Buy, ABC correspondent Becky Worley writes about how some products look good on television, but don’t necessarily live up to expectations in real life.

In this five-product review, P90X measures up well—finishing second with a solid “B+”. In the video segment, Becky calls the program “Great Exercise Science.”
