My name is Rob Humphrey. I started my journey with P90X and I had no idea how my life would be changed. I am a P90X and Insanity Grad. I decided to pay it forward and become a Team Beachbody Coach. I am now a full time Diamond Beachbody Coach and I'm helping others reach their goals.
