Being a Beachbody Coach has so many rewards and benefits. When someone asks me about the business I always say “how many people do you know that want to be healthier or lose weight?” I’m sure you can answer that question yourself and see the potential. Of course it’s only potential if you make no effort to reach out to people. This is a networking business, if you plan to come into this business and not use the products or even help your peers your most likely not going to be successful. I’ve been in this business for a little over two years. Well, I found out, and just in time, that you don’t have to learn this business on your own—the hard way, by trial and error. I didn’t have to try my own methods of presenting, recruiting, and training. By plugging into an already-existing, proven, duplicative system, I was able to speed through the learning curve and have the potential to start making money right away! I also found out that if the system worked for me, then it would work for the people I introduced it to. My business started to take off and I have been riding the wave ever since. I really believe this business can work for anyone that puts forth an effort.

What Are The Best Ways To Recruit Beachbody Coach’s On My Team?
There are many ways Beachbody Coach’s excel in this business. Let’s face the fact’s here. This is a personal business, meaning if you are not into being personal with people you may as well just forget about doing this business. I see way to many people come into this business and not really want to engage with other’s, then they wonder why they have failed. DUH! You must work and engage with people to build a successful and duplicative down line. So how are some different ways to build our down line? Below I have composed a list of 5 simple tips to help recruit people into your Beachbody business.
1.) Buzzwords – Buzzwords are just like it sounds. When your out and about or even talking to someone, listen to what people are saying. I see way to many coaches throwing out so much information to people who not only overwhelms the slightly interested but it turns off others with the amount of complexity. As a Beachbody coach it’s your job to help others and listen. I listen for buzzwords when I’m talking to people. Buzzwords could be when someone says, “I need to lose weight” or “I hate my job”. These are just a few ways to approach them about the business. And not to overwhelm I will usually ask for their info (business card or email). I do not like to hand out my info, most of the time you won’t hear from them, so it’s much better to take their information. Ask for their email and send them a friendly email that includes a video and set up a time to speak after they have watched the video.
2.) Sell the business first – So you’re wearing your Beachbody logo wear while you out and someone see’s your P90X t-shirt and asks you about it. You immediately start telling them about P90X and how it’s the best workout you have ever done and maybe that you have had amazing results. You now maybe have a retail customer, but what if you had talked about the business first. Now think about that, if everyone you talked to, you mentioned the business first. Then if their not interested you move to retail.
3.) Shake n Share – If your even thinking about becoming a coach you need to think about Shakeology. Shakeology is a business builder on top of getting or keeping you healthy. Many of the coach awards and bonuses are derived from the sale and recruiting of Shakeology, so it’s a good idea to have an idea of the product, after all it will be hard to promote a product you know nothing about. Shake and share is easy, drink the shake, and share your results or the 3rd party tools. Let the product sell itself.
4.) Product of the Product – This is one of the most overlooked steps of being a Beachbody Coach. Being the product of the product DOES NOT mean you have to be in shape to start your business. Many coaches start their own weightloss journey as a Beachbody Coach. Being a product of the product simply means you USE the products. Drink Shakeology and workout with P90X, Insanity or any of the programs you think will work best for you.
5.) 3rd Party Tools – When I started my Beachbody Coach business there were no 3rd party tools. These tools are there for you to use. And believe it or not they can help you build a successful business, especially for a new coach. Letting the DVD’s and Audio cd’s do the talking and you can fill in the blanks. There is no selling using this method, let the videos do the selling for you.
