Can I Do P90X If You Can’t Do Pull Ups? | Introducing Chin Up Max

Can I do P90X if I can’t do pull ups? This is probably one of the biggest questions when someone is considering purchasing or doing the P90X routine. My answer is always yes! If your like me doing pull ups are difficult. I struggle with pull ups still today. I’m determined to be able to do them one day but in order to be able to do them you have to strengthen the muscle used for doing pull ups.

If you familiar with P90X you know that some of the cast modify pull ups by using a chair and using the chair as leverage to assist you in doing pull ups.

However recently Team Beachbody has released a New Product to help those who struggle with pull ups called the Chin up Max
