I can’t believe it’s already been two weeks. During the Insanity workout every two weeks you will revisit the Fit Test with a goal of raising your numbers each time you visit it. I am happy to say that I raised every number and that I did not crash this time through. I obviously am getting better day by day and I’m excited to see what my day 60 fit test results will bring. The globe jumps and suicide jumps are still my achilles heal and I WILL conquer them! Below is my fit test results, the first set of numbers are from day 1 and the second set is from today, day 15.

To quote Shaun T “This shit is bananas” and I have to agree 100%. Today I was able to raise my heart rate and calorie burn. I’m sure I have said this before but I’m going to say it again. Pure Cardio must be the hardest cardio workout there is, it is completly Insane. I was excited to see my calories burned were 752, especially when my highest calorie burn was 695 in this
