It’s day 19 and the end of workouts for week 3 in Insanity Max 30. This has been a week of ups and downs. I started the week off on a high note only to be knocked down in the middle of the week, but I finished it off back on top with 2 of my better workout days Thursday & Friday. Only one more week remains of Month 1 and then the fun really starts to kick into high gear with the Month 2 workouts. Which I expect to be much harder and more complex this first month.
Day 19 Friday Fight Round 1
After a kick ass workout yesterday I was hopeful to continue with that kind of intensity on to today. I never really know how I’m gonna do in a workout until I get into it. Once I got going into today’s Friday Fight workout I was feeling motivated. And it ended up being another amazing workout plus I was able to increase my Max Out time by an entire minute. Maybe that doesn’t sound like much but when it takes all you have to reach your max out time, what ever I can go beyond it is purely bonus time. I have the Friday Fight workout once more in this round of Insanity Max 30 and I know I’ll improve my Max Out time once again.

Day 19 Friday Fight Round 1 Nutrition
Finishing up week 3 and day 19 was no time to start wavering on my nutrition. I continue to keep it as clean as possible, but we are entering the weekend where things get tough. Looking forward to week 4 and the end of month 1 this coming week but I’m fearful for month 2!
Breakfast: Proatmeal Recipe from the Insanity Nutrition Guide
Lunch: Baked Chicken and green beans
Snack: Quest Nutrition Bar and almonds
Dinner: 2 eggs scrambled, slice of whole grain toast with strawberry preserves
Snack: Low fat cheese stick and almonds
