Day 27 marks the end of week 4 workouts in the P90X3 challenge. X3 yoga was a welcomed workout. I have become use to looking forward to this little routine and being on a Saturday at the end of week 4, it was a perfect start to a weekend. I’m really getting amped up to start the 2nd block of the P90X3 classic schedule.
Day 27 X3 Yoga
X3 Yoga has been a favorite and its really surprising being that I use to hate yoga. I guess it wasn’t as much the yoga that bothered as it was the amount of time doing it. 30 minutes fits right up my alley for yoga. And to be honest this routine doesn’t seem to difficult to me. It doesn’t bother me in the least since it’s a nice stretch and balance routine which I need pretty badly. This is the one workout that continues through the P90X3 schedule. That’s one thing that I really like about this program is it’s variety in workouts.
Day 27 X3 Yoga Nutrition
Breakfast – egg whites, whole grain toast (8 oz. green tea)
Post Workout – Chocolate Shakeology, add whey protein and PB2
Lunch – turkey sandwich, fruit bowl
Snack – Pure Protein Bar
Dinner – steak, broccoli, red potatoes,
Snack – .5 oz almonds
