Here we go, day 29
and the first day of Month 2 of Insanity Max 30. Month 2 starts with 5 all new MAX workouts into the schedule. To be honest I was dreading this month. The workouts aren’t longer but the intervals are and the rest stays the same, so naturally I was a little worried.
Day 29 Max Out Cardio
With a little anxiety I pushed play on day 29, the first day of month 2. I was also some what excited for new workouts and moves that will be incorporated in this new month of workouts. After completing Max Out Cardio I have to say I actually enjoyed this workout. It was very similar to Cardio Challenge of month 1 just with all new moves and now Shaun T incorporates a “Power move” before the end of each interval. With having 2 days off from Insanity Max 30 I was well rested and ready to go today and Maxed out at 24:25, still following the modifier option. I just kept pushing myself every time I wanted to stop. I can tell me body and conditioning is getting better from this program but I still have ways to go to get to reach my personal goals. This will be an interesting 4 weeks to say the least and I’m excited for it!

Day 29 Max Out Cardio Nutrition:
I’m happy to be out of the weekend in terms of nutrition. I just have a harder time staying the course on the weekends compared to the week. It takes me off of my regular daily schedule. Day 29 nutrition will look familiar as most of my days will. I made my favorite Tex Mex Spring rolls for dinner and have enough to last me a few extra days (again). It’s all about simplicity and doing what works for YOU. Keep Pushing Forward.
