Day 31
and I meet at Max Out Sweat! The workout Shaun T says is the hardest workout he’s ever taught. The Sweat Interval workout is a beast of a workout and this one with the word MAX in it really had me worried. The structure remained the same other than the “power moves” added to the end of each circuit.
Day 31 Max Out Sweat
Be sure to have a towel handy when you take on this workout. It’s a sweat fest to say the least and I’m only following the modifier. Being day 31 was the first time through this workout I had to have a little bit of a learning curve. Some of the moves took me a second or two of focusing on Shaun T before I could attempt it. I really had a hard time with some of the one arm plank, burpee moves he added to this workout. Even following the modifier proved to make these moves difficult. I actually just stopped and watched a few times as I struggled to get my form right. I maxed out today at 12:30 and I’m hopeful to be able to improve on that number next week. Insanity Max 30 is proving its value each and ever day ranking right up there as one of my all time favorites.

Day 31 Max Out Sweat Nutrition:
As much as we hate to hear it, nutrition will be 70-80 % of the results. Nutrition is always the hardest part for me but I try to make and keep it realistic to my goals. Taking it one day at a time.
The hardest part is the nutrition! Nutrition counts! #nutritionmatters
