OMG is all I have to say about day 33! Just a few days ago Shaun T said that the Max Out Sweat was the hardest workout he has ever taught, then we get to today’s workout and once again Shaun T says THIS (Friday Fight Round 2) is the most difficult workout ever in Insanity Max 30. So which one takes the cake in the hardest workout category. If I had to choose I’d say Friday Fight Round 2 but Max Out Sweat is a really close second. Either way both of these workouts are total butt kickers.
Day 33 Friday Fight Round 2
My schedule is a little off this week being that we went to Disney for the weekend. So I had to push my Friday Fight Round 2 (day 33) workout to Sunday (instead of Friday). I have to admit I really wasn’t into working out tonight, I didn’t make the best of my nutrition decisions this weekend nor did I “feel” like pushing play. Nonetheless I pushed play to at least get in a few minutes of the routine. I decided to go to my Max Out time and just fast forward to the stretch. The thing was, once I got going I didn’t want to quit, I don’t know if it was just the fact that I wanted to keep going or the fact that I knew I really needed to burn some calories after the weekend I had. Probably the latter of those two but I got it done and finished the entire workout. I ended up Maxing out with a time of 11:52 which wasn’t too bad but I was just spent and couldn’t do much more. After the workout I polished off a single serving of Results and Recovery formula since I was feeling nauseated and shaky.
