It took me until day 36 but I finally did a complete workout without maxing out. Before you get too impressed with that statement just know that I’m still following the modifier. I decided from day 1 that I would go through Insanity Max 30 following the modifier for this round. I wanted to see what kind of results I could get following the modifier while saving my knees and back from the high impact moves.
Day 36 Max Out Cardio
It’s official! I did an Insanity Max 30 workout without maxing out. Last week when I first attempted the Max Out Cardio I maxed out at 24:30 so I knew it was a possibility to complete it. Once I reached the 26:00 minute mark there was no way I was stopping! In my opinion this workout seems easier, maybe because of the modifications but this is the only workout I’ve been able to even come close to completing including the Month 1 workouts. Any ways, I did it and I’m proud of that achievement. Don’t worry, the rest of the week I won’t even come close, most days last week I maxed out before the 10:00 mark. The power and strength workouts are just relentless. This was the perfect time to have a great workout after coming off the terrible nutrition weekend I just had. I look forward to what this week has to offer me. Less than 3 weeks to go!

Snack: Greek Yogurt
