Day 37 was not a good day for me in terms of my workout. I have been under the weather since Sunday. I went ahead and did yesterdays workout. Even though it took its toll on me I decided to do today’s workout as well. I could tell immediately that my body was not in good enough shape to workout today. My heart rate jumped up fairly easily compared to my normal days and once it was up there I just had zero energy. I guess you could say my determination out-weighed my common sense today.
Day 37 Triometrics
Triometrics is an intense workout without feeling sick and being sick just made it that much more difficult. I made it to about the 25 minute mark before I had to quit. This was the hardest workout of the series so far for me feeling the way I do. I tried my best to push through but in the end I was afraid of doing more damage than good. I am determined to get this entire 90 days in without a hitch in the schedule. Thank goodness for X3 Yoga tomorrow, that should give me an extra day to feel better. Wish me luck…
Day 37 Triometrics Nutrition
Breakfast – Oatmeal with whey and walnuts,orange (8 oz. green tea)
Post Workout – Chocolate Shakeology, add whey protein
Lunch – grilled chicken, red potatoes, fruit bowl
Snack – Pure Protein Bar, .5 oz almonds
Dinner – egg whites topped with goat cheese, whole grain toast with strawberry preserves
Snack – Shakeology Neapolitan, .5 oz almonds
