Day 44 in my Insanity Max 30 journey brings me back to Max out Power the full body power tabata workout. I have been increasingly getting better with each time I do these tabata workouts but always seem to stall out on the push up portions of the workouts.
Day 44 Max Out Power
I feel stronger and more empowered each day I get further into this Insanity Max 30 challenge. Even with these MAX workouts I find myself improving daily. But even with improvement there is still struggle, if that makes sense. It’s no joke that the leg/squat segments of these workouts are killer , but the push up portion is even worse for me. I continue to modify and being so I use a large range of motion but I still stall out quickly when Shaun T starts the floor work. I feel like I’m getting better/stronger but man is it torture sometimes. Towards the end of todays workout I started to feel a slight twinge in my right knee. I may have twisted wrong or something because with following the modifier I take out all the high impact moves. I was just glad the “feeling” in my knee was within the last 2 minutes so it didn’t affect the overall workout. Last week I maxed out at 12:44 and today I was able to increase that number by 31 seconds, and maxed out at 13:15 which was during the push ups.
