Just about at the half way point in the How long does it take for prednisone to work. Day 44
and triometrics
continues to be a difficult workout for me. Last week I really struggled with this workout but mostly because I was sick. Even this week I still struggled with triometrics
and I’m thinking it’s due to all the leg movements and squats. We really hammer the legs in the workout.
Day 44 Triometrics
I think I’m losing my edge of this particular workout. I have struggled with it each time I do have done it. I can’t put my finger on it but it might just be because it’s simply a difficult workout. Even so I did my best although I felt like I was dogging it most of the way through. All the squatting really takes its toll on my legs and get my heart rate up quickly. I seem to come out of the gates strong but peter out by the time we are half way through it. I think the next time I do the triometrics workout I may eat a little more carbs before hand to see if that helps. Once again, I’m looking forward to X3 Yoga tomorrow.
Day 44 Triometrics Nutrition
My nutrition is still on par during day 44, at least during the week. I continue to keep things very simple and basic. That’s something I feel I can keep going without wavering too much. I usually end my day with a bowl of cottage cheese but I just haven’t been in the mood for it the last few days. It’s a great end of day snack/meal because it has casine protein. My problem has been trying to find a good alternative. This evening I went with a bowl of fruit. Sounds healthy but it’s loaded with natural sugar so I don’t know if that’s a great idea just a few hours before I go to bed. I’ll need to do some research tomorrow to see if I can find a good alternative.
