Day 47
and still going strong here. In fact I’m going stronger everyday and I’m starting to crave these workouts. I can tell you the first week of the Max workouts was probably the hardest week in the Insanity Challenge
but now getting into a grove. Today was the first combo workout of Max Cardio Conditioning with Cardio abs
and it wasn’t as bad as it sounds. It was motivating to accomplish today and I’m ready to take on the rest of the week.
Day 47 Max Cardio Conditioning With Cardio Abs
Day 47 and I still seem to be getting better day after day. Every time I do another workout I do much better than the previous time. It feels great pushing harder and going further every day. Max Cardio Conditioning is one of those workouts that will seem to fly by as there are no scheduled breaks and trust me you’ll need to take breaks. My goal today was to do each move longer than the last time I did this workout on day 43. I am proud to say have done better again today and can’t wait to see the end results that the Insanity Challenge gives me. I feel really motivated today and don’t want this feeling to stop.
Looking at the Insanity Schedule I see I have another Fit Test coming on Monday. I will probably just do the Fit Test Sunday evening so I don’t have to double up the Fit Test with Max Interval Circuit. It worked well the last time I did it this way. And on another note tomorrow’s workout is the Recovery weeks workout Core Cardio & Balance. It’s going to be weird to do an easier and shorter workout after getting into these Max workouts. But hey, I’ll take it being it’s on the weekend.
Day 47 Max Cardio Conditioning With Cardio Abs Nutrition
I went back to the Proatmeal recipe for breakfast on day 47. I think when I have completed the Insanity Challenge I’ll continue to have this recipe, it’s that good. For lunch I dug another recipe out of the Insanity Nutrition guide. I went with the Chicken Meatballs recipe. It’s good enough to consider it a cheat meal. It’s a higher carb meal than I’d like so I have been adding more chicken than the recipe calls for. Dinner was a bit messed up. I originally scheduled out to reheat pork chops I had grilled the other day. The problem was when I did they were gross. I won’t be doing that again. So on the fly I had some cottage cheese to take the place of the chops. Another weird setting for dinner but it kept my nutrition goals for day 47 in order. I finished day 47 at 1983 calories and the macro-nutrients right at 44-37-19. Stay Tuned.
