Day 47 in the form of Incinerator was the workout for today. I don’t know who’s idea it was to have a leg workout on Tuesday, then another of Thursday and then to have moves in the Incinerator workout where we are in a lung lifting weights. Whoever you are, you’re killing me! My legs have pretty much been toast since Tuesday and I just could not do the lung moves today without compromising for due to my dead legs. So I have to say I’m very sad to realize that today was the last time I do the Incinerator workout in this P90X3 Challenge.
Day 47 Incinerator
I really do like this workout, but in my situation with my legs being pretty much toast I wonder why we have rocket launcher kick backs and a few others all in a lung. Now I was trying to increase my weight but being on my leg in a lung while trying to up the weight was almost impossible. So I modified the rocket launcher moves and put my back knee on the floor and kept my chest right at my front knee. I was able
to increase my weights and reps on just ab0ut every move but by the end I matched the last two moves out of exhaustion. I really pushed myself hard this week and I’m really looking forward to that rest day we have coming up. As I said above day 47 is the last time we tackle the Incinerator workout in the classic schedule.
Day 47 Incinerator Nutrition
Breakfast –oatmeal with whey protein
and walnuts, orange (8 oz. green tea)
Post Workout – Chocolate Shakeology, add whey protein
Lunch – egg white omelet topped with spinach and goat cheese, whole grain toast w/preserves and an orange
Snack – Quest Protein Bar, low-fat mozzarella cheese stick
Dinner – Chick Fil A nuggets, fruit cup, water
Snack – .75 oz almonds
