Day 58
was another hard workout for me. The Insanity Challenge
is coming to a close in 5 days. I’m still very sore and tired and going on with pretty much all will power at this point. I have to continue to push myself harder each day just to get the workouts done.
Day 58 Max Cardio Conditioning with Cardio Abs
Overall I’d say I had a pretty good workout. But I have to be completely honest and say that this Insanity Challenge has me worn out. 58 days of Insanity is crazy and only having 4 workouts and the fit test left is looking good. My legs continue to be sore and they haven’t stopped being sore for almost the entire challenge. I try to push through and dig deep even when my legs start to give out. This is probably why my legs are still sore everyday. With all that said, this routine is still my favorite of the Max workouts. It’s the shortest and because of not having any real breaks it seems to pass by fairly quickly. I do like how Shaun T mixes some recovery moves in this routine instead of just going all out the entire workout. Even so Max Cardio Conditioning is a killer workout.

Day 58 and back to one of my favorite Insanity Nutrition guide breakfast meals called Proatmeal. The Proatmeal recipe is really only oatmeal with some whey protein added, but I really enjoy it and it’s quick and easy to prepare. For lunch I went back to the nutrition guide once again and made the Insanity egg sandwich. Another basic and good recipe. Just some egg whites on a whole grain english muffin with a slice of turkey bacon and a tomato. At dinner time I had chicken again, I know I have had a lot of chicken here lately so tomorrow I will definitely be switching that up. Anyways I baked the chicken today instead of grilling it. Added some steam peas and I was good to go. I continue to keep things simple and easy to prepare and my nutrition has been on point. I finished day 58 with 1933 calories and the macro’s at 43-38-19.
