Day 69 is met with Eccentric Lower. I don’t feel like it’s been too long since the last time doing this workout but when I checked the schedule it’s been over 3 weeks. Man does time fly when you’re having fun. I knew this was going to be a tough workout for me today but I didn’t want that to stop my momentum. I pushed play and got it done, but I’ll pay for it tomorrow.
Day 69 Eccentric Lower
Having eccentric lower and triometrics in the same week is just insane to me, but if you want high calorie burns we need to work the large muscle groups. Maybe this is why we have 2 leg routines this week, I’m not complaining, I like the high calorie burns. Once I noticed it’s been since day 46 that I last did this routine I decided not to up my weights. I would try to match what I did the last time. I’m proud I got it done matching the weight s from time too, but it created a really tough routine and I had to pause the workout between almost every move to catch my breath. I can’ tell you how much I’m looking forward to tomorrow being a rest day before heading into week 3 of the 3rd block.
Day 69 Eccentric Lower Nutrition
Here we go, the difficult issues I have with weekends. This weekend (Saturday) me and my wife went out for a date to Chilies. We chose to eat the Lighter Side 6 oz steak and broccoli. We skipped the dessert but did get an appetizer, fried cheese. I was a weak moment for us but it’s over and I have to more on. Hind site is always 20-20 huh. despite eating out for dinner I still was able to keep close to my nutrition goals. I finished day 69 with 1993 calories 35-32-32. I was high on the side of fat, bummer! Stay tuned.
