Agility X is the workout on the P90X3 schedule for day 72. I can’t put my finger on it but I really wasn’t into the workout today for some reason. I did sweat my butt off but it kind of felt like I was just going through the motions. Maybe I was dogging it today, but I guess we all have those days right.
Day 72 Agility X
Agility X is a fun workout but like I said I wasn’t into it today. And I believe today is the last day we do this workout in this P90X3 challenge. Maybe if I realized that before starting I might have tried a little harder, maybe not. Don’t get me wrong I still kicked some ass, my mind just wasn’t into it today, I even cut the DVD off during the stretch where Tony starts rambling about going to the gym. It was fine the first few times but once you heard it, it starts to get annoying. Towards the end of Agility X during one of the power jump moves I felt a little pinch in my left knee so I had to obviously back off even more. Not quite sure what that was about but we have been hammering the legs here in the last 4 days. Tomorrow we take on The Challenge so my legs and knees will get a break.
Day 72 Agility X Nutrition
I didn’t take the time to do my meal prep yesterday so that meant I had to find time today to do it. I started a new supplement today in the form of omega 3’s. I have had a bottle of omega 3’s but completely forgot about them. So today I’m adding them back into my daily routine. You can see them in my food journal. Do you take omega 3’s or do you just eat a lot of fish? I use to eat tilapia at leat once a week but I got sick from it one time and I have been a little scared to try that again. It only happened once but if you have ever been sick from seafood then you know what I mean. I finished day 72 with 1900 calories (BOOM) and my macros at 35-36-29. Stay tuned…
