It took me until day 75, but I finally had a good Triometrics workout. This workout absolutely kills me and has been my nemesis since I first attempted it in the beginning of block 2. I still have a LONG way to go on this workout but I saw a big improvement today. Only 1 more time do I do the dreaded Triometrics routine and I will crush it.
Day 75 Triometrics
As I said above I finally did it, I actually had a great triometrics workout and I was even able to up my calorie burn on top of that. Only took me 75 days right. Don’t get me wrong I have plenty room for improvement as I still had to modify and take many breaks, but day 75 was a personal best. There is only one more time I get to do this workout and I guarantee it will be even better than today. Triometrics is one of the hardest workouts for me in this P90X3 Challenge. It takes a lot out of me with all the lunges and squats. But it’s awesome to visually see the progress you are making in the workouts. And that’s what’s keeping me going.
Day 75 Triometrics Nutrition
As usual on Friday’s we go out to eat. And today I did better than I had previously on Friday evening although it’s still not great. However I was able to meet my macro goals despite the fast food meal so I’ll chalk it up as a win and move on. I completed day 75 with calories and my macros at 45-34-23. Stay Tuned.
