Day 76 was probably the most difficult and best day I’ve had in this P90X3 Challenge. I had an all day charity Softball Tournament that I played in and I know softball doesn’t require too much energy but playing all day took its toll. When I got home from the tournament I still had the Total Synergistics workout to do. So the question wasn’t was I going to do it, it was I going to be able to do it.
Day 76 Total Synergistics
After a long day of playing softball I came home, grabbed a glass of water and right away took my pre-workout supplement. That gave me 30 minutes to prepare for my workout. I was already dealing with a sore shoulder and legs so I was anxious for the workout. Once I got into the workout I was really amazed in how I did. I kept up with the cast matching them reps for reps and there were only 2 exercises in the entire workout where I needed to take breaks. This was by far the best Total synergistics workout I have had since day 1. I really went for it and the energy I had been impressive to say the least after playing ball all day. I ended the workout with a calorie burn of about 400 which was decent but I can really see how much better shape my body is in. Only 2 weeks remain in the P90X3 schedule, Bring It!
Day 76 Total Synergistics Nutrition
Not the best day nutrition wise. Knowing I would need plenty of energy for today, I ate a lot more carbs than usual. In fact is was even more than I really wanted. It wasn’t a great day in terms of what I ate either, you’ll see what I mean in the image below. In the end I finished day 76 with over 48% of my nutrition coming from carbs alone. At the end of the day I finished with 2135 calories and a macro of 31-48-21.
