9 days into the P90X3 challenge and still going strong. I have a long way to go but I’m taking it one day at a time. Day 9
brings us back to the “mother of all P90X3 workouts”, Agility X. Like I said yesterday I now know what to expect with these week 2 workouts so there is not reason to hold back other than not being able to move.
Day 9 Agility X
How long does it take for prednisone to work
is one of those love or hate routines. Right now I have to say I love it. It’s new, quick and a big calorie burner. It’s similar to some of the Asylum workouts that Shaun T has with the agility ladder. I still play a little bit of softball and this is a great workout for me to improve my agility or lack there of. I was able to push harder today and did each move longer than before trying to get to that threshold. The only problem I tun into on this workout is with my feet. I get a real bad uncomfortable pain in the bottom arch of my feet. So I have to occasionally stop and stretch it. I do have new shoes on so it might be attributed to the new kicks. Even still, I have had this issue with any workout where we spend a lot of time on our toes. If you have a solutions for me please let me know in the comments, I’d appreciated it. Today was the first time since starting the P90X3 challenge
that I lacked a little motivation. Don’t get me wrong I still worked out and got this workout done on time. There was just that little voice in my head. It may be a little early to start hearing that voice, but I eventually told the voice to “shut the hell up, I got work to do.”
