Whether you are a “Discount Beachbody Coach” or a Beachbody Coach in the mindset of helping others and making money you must establish your why. If you are new to network marketing this maybe a new concept to you but in just about every MLM or networking business one of the most important steps is to establish your why. I’m sure you want to be successful and do things the right way and help other and make some money in the process right. Then this is a step you can not afford to skip.
Establishing your why is what’s going to keep you actively working your business and not let any negatives get in your way. Honestly having a “why” in every aspect of your life will go a long way in helping you be successful and not just in your Beachbody Coach business. I’m sure you’re here to learn more about the Beachbody Coach business so I will stay relative to that.
So again, one of the most important things you need to do is “establish your why“…I think this will be the most important thing as you build your business that you can do to help you be the most effective as possible.
Your why will be your emotional attachment to how you will use this business to acheive your goals and dreams in your life. It needs to be the one thing in your life that will allow you to build and grow your business.
If you DO NOT establish your why the first time you get a “no” or something negative happens or it just doesn’t go the way you wanted it to go you probably going to withdraw which will hinder the pace you need or want to be moving to build your business.
So let’s paint a picture through a story here to help establish your why:
Let’s say…you’re at the mall one day and you’re driving home and you pull up in front of your house and you see your house is completely engulfed in flames, You immediately jump out of your car and run to the front of the house and grab one of the fireman and say “listen, this my home, what’s going on?” The fireman replies, we got everybody out, but the house is completely engulfed and we are going to put it out as soon as we can, sorry but we will do the best we can for you. After hearing this you probably are going to be upset and dissapointed, but the reality is you probably are not going to run inside to grab a painting or a picture, because you’re probably going to get hurt in the process or even die.
But let’s change this scenario up just a bit, you’re at the mall one day and you’re driving home and you pull up in front of your house and you see your house is completely engulfed in flames, You immediately jump out of your car and run to the front of the house and grab one of the fireman and say “listen this my home, what’s going on?” The fireman replies, the house is completely engulfed in flames but one of your kids is inside, we are doing all we can to find them…….
What are you going to do? I have 2 daughters, Hailey and Madison (5 and 8), if it were me, I would do whatever it takes to get inside to try to find them and get them out, I wouldn’t care if I got hurt, burned or even died. And I assume you would probably do the same thing.
How does this relate to your business?
Your why need to be that child in the fire, the one thing that will drive you to do whatever it takes to build and develop your Beachbody Coach business.
Establish your why!
When I originally came to be a Beachbody Coach I was mainly a “discount coach” meaning I was only in to save the 25% on the products I was already buying. Once I decided to make this my business I had to create my own personal “why”. My why was to be able to stay home with my kids, be there to take them to and from school. Have the flexibility to go on vacations and trips when I wanted to and not when my “job” said I could have time off. As you can see here my why is pretty simple BUT probably common. And I’m proud to say that I have accomplished this as I’m now a full time Beachbody Coach and I get to everything I wanted in my why. Now I have updated my “why” to be able to make enough money for my wife to be able to quit her job completely. I’m confident one day this will also become a reality. I do not let adversities stop me, you will have negative aspects, no’s, but if your why is your “kid in the fire” you will push through and be successful.
