One step that many people skip that is really important is taking measurements and pictures. My first time doing P90X I was 205 pounds and there was no way I wanted to take my before pictures. Even with decent results in my first round of P90X I wish I had taken before photos. As you see your results improve you are more likely going to stick to the workouts. As far as taking measurements it’s pretty cut and dry however do you know how and where to measure yourself?
Working out with Beachbody programs such as the P90X workout and the Insanity workout will take commitment as these workouts are very intense. I suggest you make taking before photos and your measurements a requirement prior to starting these workouts. I guarantee you will stick to these workouts 100 times more than if you did not take your photos and measurements.
