Today was the recovery day in my Insanity workout. This workout could be compared to P90X Yoga X. But the Insanity workout is only 33 minutes compared to the 90 minutes of yoga x. It was nice to have a day that I was not racing around and having trouble to keep up with. Make no mistake, this is not an easy workout, I had to break many times during squat and lung holds, where Shaun has you hold a squat for more than 1 minute and that after you’ve done more than 30 squats already…Insane!!! Even with no jumping or running in place my heart rate peaked at 157 and I burned almost 400 calories. Tomorrows workout is Pure cardio and I heard its 40 minutes of Insane cardio with no breaks OMG!
