I wanted to give a current update on my workout. In week six I stayed home all week tending to my daughters. They were both very sick with fevers. My oldest daughter just about missed the whole week of school. I was still able to get most of my workouts in and was proud of myself. By the time the weekend hit both of them were feeling better, but now I was getting sick. It is hard enough to workout being sick, but intense workouts while being sick did not work for me. It took a week and a half to start to feel good enough to workout again. But Thanksgiving was upon us and a family vacation on top of that, so I missed another week of workouts. Now to the current week, I have no excuse now, but have yet to do a workout this week. I WILL be getting back on the horse tomorrow. Tomorrow will be my Insanity Workout day and I will be doing Plyo Cardio Circuit. I will workout thursday, friday and sunday this week, but not count it towards my 90 days. Next monday will be day 43 of 90 although I may extend the phase by one week because of the time off. So these next few days will be to get back in a routine to continue the P90X Insanity Hybrid Workout.
During this off time my diet also went south and I am absolutely steamed at myself. At day 42 I was really starting to see results and now I feel I may have screwed everything up. However I’m now back on track and today I tried a new Shakeology recipe that wasn’t to bad. I also have continues to drink my strawberry protein shake with the multivitamins.
