So today I began my Insanity workout Journey. Let me say for the record that Insanity is not just a cleaver name. It actually means something, this workout is Insane! The Fit Test is day 1 and it’s only takes 25 minutes to complete assuming you can make it through without stopping. I woke at 7am and immediately took my Performance formula tablets then about 7:25 I ate 1/2 a banana. This was to make sure that I had enough energy to complete the fit test. Not working out in the last 30 days really caught up to me today. Even with the pre-workout carbs I still crashed. So I had to stop for a while and then jumped back in to finish, I was determined to finish this.
