Insanity Max 30 is a program broken down into 2 separate blocks (months). Each block is 4 weeks long. This makes the program a total of only 56 days. Shorter than its predecessor, Insanity a 63 day program.
Each block contains 5 different workouts for the corresponding month. Most people like myself do the program Monday- Friday with Saturday being the optional Pulse workout or taken as a rest day along with Sunday. The Pulse workout is shorter at only 20 minutes and is designed as an active rest style workout.
INSANITY MAX 30 Calendar
INSANITY MAX 30 calendar is a 60 day program with challenging Tabata-style strength workouts, and killer cardio designed to shatter your limits. Shaun pushes you to work harder, go longer, and MAX OUT later. It’s not about making it through all 30 minutes. It’s about pushing yourself more each day to get the body you’ve always wanted.
