Insanity Workout Plyo Cardio Circuit (Day 2 of 60)

In todays Insanity workout you are pushed to the limit. The warmup alone is a workout, lasting over 10 minutes. I had to pace myself on this workout to complete it. Even the people in the video conllasped and had to stop periodically, and these people are in top shape. The moves in this workout are not complicated at all you just need to be prepared for your feet to leave the floor, hense “plyo” or jump training. I completed this workout and felt a bit nauseous afterwards but thats normal due to the extreme cardio. If I didnt get my heart rate down it probably could have stayed upwards of 170 the whole workout! This workout introduces you to max interval training, Shaun will have you workout at top copasity for 3 minutes and rest for only 30 seconds only to hit it hard again. A few time during the 30 second breaks I had to give myself an extra 30 seconds to catch my breath. This is only a 40 minute workout and I burned over 837 calories! To me this is a world class cardio workout, it will have you begging for the end!
