Insanity: The Asylum Day 3 Back to Core

Day 3 Back to Core

Begin Day 3 of Insanity: The Asylum! If you have been following me at all in the last 3 months I have not missed a workout during this entire span. The other day my daughter ended up getting sick and low and behold I caught it last night. When I get sick it hits me quickly, I went to bed fine and woke up sick. I did not want to make an excuse and miss today’s workout, but I really didn’t feel it in me. Today’s workout is Asylum Back and Core which does not include any insane jumping or ladder moves. I went ahead and pushed play and would do what I could. So glad I did, I got it done! I have back issues but I really like to try to strengthen it to help alleviate some pain. That being said I have to be real careful or I could spend the next day on my back. This workout was not to bad at all. It did have some “insane” elements to it so don’t go into it to gingerly. There was one move I had to skip (Lower Back Strengthener), one reason was I couldn’t do it…correctly. I’m sure with time as my back gets stronger I will be able to do this move. Stay Tuned…
