Day 4 of the Asylum! I’m still under the weather today so I’m still not feeling it. I eneded up watching this workout last night to see what I was in for and I think I may have gotten sicker just watching it. I do not like to jump a lot in an at home workout video. Mainly because of my bad back and the fact that I have concrete floors. And since this workout is called Vertical Plyo I knew it was going to be a killer workout. It’s only about 40 minutes in length which makes it doable but like I said A LOT of jumping. I went into this workout knowing I was pretty much going to be dogging it. Either way I could burn off some calories. I did better than I thought I would being sick but I’m sure I’ll do better once I feel better. Check out the video to see what I went through. Stay tuned…
