Insanity Workout Fit Test (Day 15 of 60)

I can’t believe it’s already been two weeks. During the Insanity workout every two weeks you will revisit the Fit Test with a goal of raising your numbers each time you visit it. I am happy to say that I raised every number and that I did not crash this time through. I obviously am getting better day by day and I’m excited to see what my day 60 fit test results will bring. The globe jumps and suicide jumps are still my achilles heal and I WILL conquer them! Below is my fit test results, the first set of numbers are from day 1 and the second set is from today, day 15.

Fit Test #2 Results:

Switch Kicks – 87 – 105
Power Jacks – 37 – 43
Power Knees – 71 – 88
Power Jumps – 20 – 30
Globe Jumps – 7 – 8
Suicide Jumps – 13 – 14
Push-up Jacks – 15 – 20
Low Plank Obliques – 30 – 40

Max Heart Rate – 171
Average Heart Rate – 140
Calories Burned – 460

Total Insanity Calories Burned – 8825
