Max Hybrid Workout | Week 3

So begins my 3rd week of my hybrid workout.

Day 15 – P90X Chest & Back, I had to cut today’s workout short, I got a late start after watching sportscenter a little to long. If you know this workout you know it’s two rounds. I went ALL OUT in the first round knowing I didnt have time for round two.

Day 16 – Missed, I skipped todays workout because of some tightness in my back. Monday night I had a softball game and must have tweeked something in my back.

Day 17 – P90X Shoulders & Arms, good workout today. My back is still a little sore, but not sore enought to skip a workout. I was feeling bad for missing yesterday’s workout and I also felt a litle energized so I felt like doing another workout today. I decided to go with Cardio X, it’s short and sweet.

Day 18 – OFF, whoa! I may have over did it yesterday with 2 workouts close together. My legs are so sore I can barely move at all. Today’s workout was a leg workout and there is no way I could have do it.

Day 19 – OFF, I can’t beleive I’m still really sore. I may have pulled a muscle in my legs, they are still way to sore to do anything. I’m going to take it easy until Monday, hopefully by then my legs will be under me again.
