

Day 49 of 90….
My schedule is a little flopped this week. Ordinarily I would begin on a Monday, however I wll not have time so I took my rest day and flipped it with my regular work out day. This is the begining of my 2nd Recovery Week, so I feel like I’m getting close to the end. Core is a ruff work out for me, synergistics is “using multiple muscles at the same time” so maybe thats why I’m ”feeling it”. Now to get my P90X Recovery Drink…..mmmm
