
Week 11
Begin Week 11. Holy crap another week here and gone. This week I go back to Phase one workouts. And this is the last visit to this lineup. I’m getting closer everyday and with losing more weight at my last weigh in I’m excited to what’s to comefor me. Weighing in at 186 pounds I’m only 1 pound from my goal with this 3 full weeks left.I find myself already planning for what’s after this round. I maybe getting ahead of myself but I’m thinking of committing myself to the Asylum…
W11D1 – P90X Chest & Back ARX – Today was a sad day…well sort of. Today was the last day I do this routine (at least for this round) I matched my numbers from the last time I did this workout except I did not get as nauseas this time.
W11D2 – Insanity Core Cardio & Balance – I am back to my regular scheduled program. Last week I switched up today’s routine so today I decided to get back to the norm. It felt good getting back to this workout, it actually felt easier today than the last few times, I guess the week break was the key.
W11D3 – P90X Shoulders & Arm – Another sad day…last time doing this workout of this 90 days. My back is still a little tweaked but I did my usual weight but was reluctant to.
W11D4 – P90X Cardio X – Another cardio day in the books. Sting going strong and bringing it everyday. Keep pushing play people.
W11D5 – P90X Legs & Back ARX – It’s hard to believe I only have to do this routine once more, which will be next Friday. I still struggle with this workout. The cast does about 25 reps of each move. Being I’m in the last stretch I was hoping to at least be able to match them, but I not really even close. I do 17 reps of each move and still get a little nauseas. I tried 20 reps and it wiped me out and I was just short of crashing. Took me a good hour to recover. So I will staying at 17 reps until I can get it done without feeling sick.
W11D6 – OFF – Still having back issues so being that Saturday is an optional day for me, I took it off.
W11D7 – OFF
Week In Review:
Had a good week, getting closer to the end day by day. I can’t believe there is only two weeks left. This week was the last time I will be doing some of the workouts. Chest and Back, and Shoulders and Arms will no longer be needed in this round. My coming week will be the very last resistance week of the 90 days. So one week of resistance and one of recovery and that’s it! Stay tuned…
