P90X Insanity Week 4 Phase 3 Update | 1 Week to go

hybrid

Week 12

Begin week 12. I wasn’t planning on weighin in again until my last recovery week but did anyways. I weighed in Day 77 at 184.4 pounds. Already under my set goal of 185, so obviously I’m excited, especially with two full weeks to go. This week I will be returning to Phase two workouts. I will see just how much weight I can lift this week before hitting the recovery week. NO time to peter out now, time to see what I got!

W12D1 – P90X Chest Shoulders & Triceps ARX (Softball Game) – Bring it! I know that’s a common theme but I felt energized today and had a great pump.
W12D2 – Insanity Cardio Core and Balance – Great workout today, this is getting easier and easier (if Insanity can be called easy, LOL) I was really sore today from yesterday’s workout but once I got going I forgot about the pain and created some new pain.
W12D3 – P90X Back & Bicpes ARX (Softball game) – Day 80! Huge pump today, I was even able to up my weight on a few moves today. The only thing that became a henderince was my hands getting sore from the dumbbells and pull ups. I had to stop a few time to stretch my fingers.
W12D4 – P90X Cardio X (Softball Game) – Whew, are my arms sore today. Which is a good thing, right. 81 days in and I’m still getting a burn from my workouts, can’t beat that. Pushed even harder today and I can actually say I can feel my body adapting better to the cardio days.
W12D5 – P90X Legs & Back ARX – Another sad day. Today was the very last time for this workout, next week begins my final recovery week. Getting closer and closer to Asylum.
W12D6 – OFF
W12D7 – OFF

Week in Review:
Coming to the end now. Only one week remains in this round. I weighed in today at 183.4 which means I have met my goal weight. I went hard on each workout this I was even able to up my weight in a couple moves which I was not expecting to do. I continue to drink my Shakeology eveyday for breakfast and can’t say enough about it. I have kept my diet in check this entire process and it is clear to me now that this is more of a lifestyle change than a 90 day change. I do not really even crave “bad” food’s at all. I may have an off color meal here or there but I’m not going back to where I was at all. This coming week is the final recovery week and I’m excited for the the final results and the break. Stay tuned…
