Shakeology Review

Shakeology is Beachbody’s newest nutritional product. It’s a meal replacement with 70 healthy ingredients one of which is the Acai Berry. Shakeology also has key benefits such as:

So far I have tried Chocolate Shakeology 3 different ways. The first was straight out of the bag. 1 scoop mixed with 8 oz. of water. It was too strong and thick for me this way. Next I tried it with 1 scoop and 8 oz. 1% milk, this was an improvement, but for me but was still a little too strong. So I researched some recipes and came up worth the following:

1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1 Banana
1 TbSp of peanut butter
1 cup of ice
8oz of water

This was entirely different from my previous two tastings. I REALLY enjoyed it this way, it tasted like a Reeses Cup smoothie, even my kids loved it. Although I plan to try other recipes there is really no reason too, This one is a WINNER. I have been drinking Shakeology a little over a week now and I can feel a difference in my energy level. So if you have the Chocolate Shakelogy be sure and give this recipe a try.

What am I to expect to gain by drinking Shakeology?
