I have just completed my first round of P90X with some good results. I dropped about 15 pounds and a few inches from my waistline. I am going to start a hybrid round of P90X+ and P90X and hopefully shed a few more pounds. I have made a transformation before I found Beachbody. In 2005 I tipped the scales at 242 lbs. I dropped 32 lbs in roughly two years through a decent diet and workout routine, but this past October I found myself slowly creeping back up in the weight. In January I tipped the scales at 220 again and I wanted to bring my weight back down…again. With my first round of P90X in the bag and 15 pounds lighter, I am hoping I can take it to the next level in my second round. I had been a “gym rat” for years without achieving my desired results. With P90X, I have almost atained what I have always been striving for. After round 2 I am hoping I can say I have finally gotten the results I have been wanting.
