Rich’s Shakeology Results

Hello and thanks for stopping by, let me tell you a little about myself.

I’m 50 years old and a professional airline pilot, flying mostly around the Northeast US for a major airline.

Though enjoying physical activity, it’s always been a challenge for me to keep myself motivated and moving the “right” direction. That is until becoming aware how more people my age and older are having to deal with health problems now. That’s what made me see a change was needed and got me motivated to start changing things for my own health.

I became involved with Team Beachbody about 3 years ago and have started a Fit Club in my area to help others and myself stay motivated and help and support each other.

I’ve also since becoming involved in Team Beachbody have attended the last 2 Summit’s which give you the opportunity to workout with all the trainers, along with finding out what the company has planned in the future. I’ve also have made it my goal to get myself certified in TurboKick and PIYO, which I have, and will continue to pursue further certifications becoming available such as P90X.

As I continue my journey to help myself and others “end the trend” of obesity, I’m always looking for others to help or get involved in this journey with me so we can help each other so as we age, we can be healthier and get the most out of life.

Beachbody is a “changing” company, always working on improving thier products such as Shakeology. Though the best nutritional shake on the market, improvements have been made and there is also a Vegan version being released. The workouts too are being updated continuously along with new ones arriving, so I stay motivated in my journey to get fit and stay that way.

As I like to say “Keep Up The Good Fight”, we are all on a journey, so why not make it one that we can truly enjoy.
