Day 62 and Max Cardio Conditioning with Cardio Abs is the last workout in the Insanity Challenge. Completing a program like this is probably the hardest thing I have ever done and I have to say I am damn proud of myself. Although the Insanity journey maybe over I can’t help but feel accomplished, relieved and PROUD at the same time. I have the Fit Test to complete tomorrow and that is the final day in the Challenge.
Day 62 Max Cardio Conditioning with Cardio Abs
I couldn’t help but use the workout timer as a count down timer today. I caught myself a few times thinking “only 13 minutes left”. It was an exciting experience and for the last workout to be Max Cardio Conditioning was a little bonus since it’s probably my favorite of the Max workouts. Day 62 was different from the last couple days. I actually was looking forward to this workout. I was more energized and excited to get it going this morning. It was the best workout for me this entire week. I pushed a little harder today and had a great workout and sweated my butt off. Knowing it was the last official workout was bitter-sweet. I’m glad it’s over but hate that it’s done,weird huh? Tomorrow I do the Final Fit Test exam to see how my numbers end up overall. That will probably be a killer workout on its own. It puts me “out for the count” every time I do that one. Trying to boost numbers will wear you out very quickly.
Day 62 Max Cardio Conditioning with Cardio Abs Nutrition
My day 62 nutrition was as it has been the prior 61 days. I began the day with the Insanity Egg sandwich from the Insanity Nutrition Guide. The first snack of the day was the healthiest meal of the day in the form of Shakeology. For lunch I had a deli sandwich, which I could eat everyday if it wasn’t full of processed meat. Dinner was simple and basic with some left over baked chicken I prepared the other day. I added a side of steamed peas and I was all set. Looking back on this challenge and I’m extremely proud of how I have done with me nutrition. Nutrition will be the key to any success with any program and I wanted to give this challenge my best. Tomorrow is the last day in the Insanity Challenge and I’m looking forward to moving on the next challenge…Focus T-25. I completed day 62 with 2014 calories and the macro’s at 44-38-18. Stay tuned!
