Beachbody founder, Carl Daikler, shares his brand’s mission to end the obesity trend. Plus, The Doctors try moves from P90X! Carl tells how the Beachbody Challenge is helping change people lives not only with health and fitness but with cash and prizes for their hard earned work.
Carl then explains how they put Team Beachbody together where they give people a free Beachbody Coach which helps them get into what we call “Challenge Groups”. Groups of 5-6 people who keep each other accountable to what their goal may be over the next 30,60 or 90 days. The Beachbody Challenge gives away over 1 million dollars in cash and prizes to people who have inspirational stories and Carl says “not just those who get the most ripped but people who live a healthy lifestyle and inpire others…”
