Many people label Friday Fight round 2 as the toughest workout in Insanity Max 30. For me I struggle with this day 45 Max Out Sweat workout the most. On the other hand though, I had my largest calorie burn this round today! And let me just say that “Max Out Sweat” is not just a clever name, it’s a reality!
Day 45 Max Out Sweat
Max out sweat was a butt kicker today, not that it isn’t any other day. Just with not really being “into it” today I wasn’t expecting a good workout. Once I got going something came over me and I was able to push myself and my intensity. I was (according to my HRM) able to burn the most calories of any Insanity Max 30 workout in this round today. Another thing I noticed from this workout more than others is pain in my hip flexors, I wonder if I’m alone with that but nonetheless I kept right on going. The only down side in my day 45 workout was the fact that I didn’t increase my Max out time. Like Shaun T says, it’s ok if you don’t increase your max out, as long as you give it your all.
