Day 60 woohoo! Only 30 more to go! It’s the first day of X3 Yoga in the last block. I wasn’t sure how pushing the yoga workout back a day was going to affect me today but I have to be honest and say it wasn’t that big of a deal. In the first 2 months of P90X3 X3 Yoga is the 3rd workout in the week where now it’s on the 4th day of the week. Giving us one extra intense workout before we have our yoga fix.
Day 60 X3 Yoga
Day 60 and X3 Yoga seemed to be a better experience for me. I am getting better each time I tackle this workout. I still have a lot of work to do which can be frustrating but that’s the reality. Today was the first time I did this workout without shoes on, I usually prefer to wear shoes during yoga but went ahead and tried it without them today. I have to say I liked it and it may or may not have made it better of a workout for me. Either way I have 2 more workouts this week before I have a rest day and I can telly you I’m extremely sore so I’ll be looking forward to a day of rest.
Day 60 X3 Yoga Nutrition
This first week of tracking my P90X3 nutrition has been good thus far. I have kept things easy and eat the same things over and over. It’s much easier to hit my nutrition goals this way but next week I will need to add a little variety or I’m going to have a hard time keeping this up. I began day 60 with an egg white breakfast and toast with an orange. For lunch I went with the recipe I used the other day that included a hotdog bun (whole wheat) chicken, spinach and goat cheese, we put this altogether to form a sandwich and it’s awesome. Dinner I went with lean pork, quinoa and broccoli. I ended day 60 with 1852 calories and a macro of 33-38-29. Stay Tuned.
