The return to Total Synergistics was one I was looking forward to. I admit I hardly remember the moves involved in this workout but I remember liking it. On day 62 we finish off the first week if workouts in the 3rd block. This P90X3 challenge has been amazing and I’m really excited to get this program done to see my ending results. I’m already trying to decide what to do next, but I have to stay focused to finish strong.
Day 62 Total Synergistics
Despite being a difficult workout, I really enjoy Total Synergistics. It involves a lot of core work which I really need. I feel like my core is getting stronger each week and with not having to do the X3 Ab ripper that’s pretty impressive. I started today’s workout with a lot of confidence thinking I was going to crush this workout easily. Well after about 15 minutes I started watching the clock very closely to see how long until we were done. My legs were only a little timid on the squats after doing triometrics yesterday. All in all it was a great workout but I need to work on pushing myself harder. I’ll be better prepared for the next meeting with Total Synergistics.
Day 62 Total Synergistics Nutrition
My nutrition for today went well again, especially for a Saturday. It was the first Saturday in a while that we didn’t go out to eat. It’s so much easier to make good choices when you cook your own food. I started the day with an Insanity Nutrition Recipe called Proatmeal, which is basically oatmeal with added whey protein. For lunch I went with a breakfast style meal in egg whites and toast. Dinner was the always faithful chicken which I grilled up on our new grill. I finished day 62 with more protein than schedule but as long as I don’t go over on fats and carbs I don’t worry about it. I completed the day with 1828 calories and my macros at 35-40-25.
