I only have one thing to say about day 32 and the Max Out Strength workout….”Are you kidding me!” Max Out Strength is so far the hardest I have had with any Insanity Max 30 workout and I still have Friday Fight round 2 to go. I really struggle with all the additional floor work incorporated in this workout.
Day 32 Max Out Strength
Max out strength is the big daddy to the month 1 Tabata Strength routine. Although they are similar in structure I really struggled today posting my shortest Max Out time in my entire Insanity Max 30 journey. After the warm up Shaun T has up jump right into some leg work to “get our heart rate up”. My legs are still a little tender from the Max Out Power workout on day 30. It wasn’t too long before my legs were screaming at me to take that first break. I was really trying to get through that first segment, but my legs just couldn’t hang on and I maxed out at 6:52. When we did finally get out of the leg segment, here come the push ups! And now that I’m really focusing on my range of motion I don’t go too long before I have to take a short break. By this time tomorrow my legs and arms will be completly trashed and I have to tackle what some are saying is the hardest workout ever in the form of Friday Fight Round 2. So I have that to look forward too…yay!
