Insanity Max 30 day 46 with Max Out Strength is here! Only 10 days remain in the Insanity Max 30 Schedule and this is one workout I WILL miss. It has quickly become my favorite of the program and something I look forward to each week. I only get one more shot at it in this round and I will make the best of it for sure.
Day 46 Max Out Strength
This is my 3rd time going through the Max Out Strength routine and each time I have been able to increase my max out time. The first 2 times through I maxed out on the same more “Squat lunge”. So todays goal was to get past them, and I knew once I did I could increase my max time even more. I’m proud to say met that goal and increased my max out time by almost 5 minutes! All the floor work on this workout is just relentless on the shoulders and arms. But I feel like I’m getting better and stronger every day. It helps a lot when the workout you’re doing is enjoyable and I can honestly say that for today. I can’t believe there is only ten days left in my Insanity Max 30 challenge. I’m looking forward to closing out this week and hitting next week (final week) HARD! Dig deeper yall!

Day 46 Max Out Strength Nutrition
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with goat cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and 1 slice of whole grain bread topped with strawberry preserves
Snack: Results & Recovery (1 serving) / Shakeology
Lunch:Oatmeal with protein
Snack: Quest Nutrition Bar, fruit bowl and almonds
Dinner: Grilled lean pork chops and mashed cauliflower
Snack: Vanilla Greek yogurt with strawberries
