I wanted to give a current update on my workout. In week six I stayed home all week tending to my daughters. They were both very sick with fevers. My oldest daughter just about missed the whole week of school. I was still able to get most of my workouts in and was proud of myself. By the time the weekend hit both of them were feeling better, but now I was getting sick. It is hard enough to workout being sick, but intense workouts while being sick did not work for me.
