Day 82 on the P90X3 schedule calls for the Pilates X workout. If you have been following my P90X3 journey you would know I didn’t really care for it and swapped it for X3 yoga. So it’s no surprise that I decided to do that once again today.
Day 82 Pilates X Swapped With X3 Yoga
Not a big fan of pilates but I really enjoy the yoga routine. So it makes perfect sense to me to swap them for each other. After a long week of having sore legs I was looking forward to yoga today. It’s always nice to stretch and recover at least one day per week. I noticed even more improvement today in this workout. Especially in the balance portion of the routine. I also didn’t find myself stumbling through the workout as much as usual. Improvements are great motivators for myself and I will continue to work on my yoga performance.
Day 82 Pilates X Nutrition
My day 82 nutrition really sucked with having to eat out twice in the same day. I tried to make the best of it with my decisions, could I have made better decisions? Probably, but I can’t dwell on the past. I’m really feeling like I’m ready to be done with this P90X3e Challenge and ready to move on to the next thing. My motivation has been lacking, but I’ll talk more about that in my weekly update. My calories for day 82 were under my calorie goal and finished at 1848 and my macros finished at 40-32-28.
