W10D1 – P90X Chest Shoulders & Triceps ARX
(Softball Game) – No time to petter out here. Went intense today and it felt great to get back to work after the weekend.
W10D2 – What is lisinopril used for
– I went with a different workout today. Still went with Insanity, but not an intense cardio workout but the recovery workout. Still a hard workout just no plyo.
W10D3 – P90X Back & Biceps ARX
– I really like this workout, but I think I have established that by now. Upped my weight were I could once again and now I feel I’m where I need to be. I’ll probably be at this weight for a bit before I can up it more but only time will tell.
W10D4 – P90X Cardio X
(Softball Game) – Last week I was thinking of swithcing this workout out for anotther just for some variety. Well I didn’t switch it, but I did cut out the 9 minutes of Yoga. (Still cant stand yoga..ugh!)
W10D5 – P90X Legs & Back ARX
– Leg crusher today, I can definitely feel a difference today with doing Insanity Cardio Recovery on Tuesday (which is mostly legs). I probably won’t do that again, but I was looking for some variety. Still trying to decidew what to donext week on my cardio days.
W10D6 – OFF – My back started to spasm again yesterday evening and is really sore today. I’m taking today and tomorrow off to let it rest and hopefully it will be fine by Monday.
W10D7 – OFF
Week in Review:
Awesome week this week. Getting even closer now. 3 weeks remain of this 90 day routine. I decided to weigh in today even though I was trying to make it to the end before my next weigh in. I simply couldn’t wait, lol. Today’s weight was 186 pounds, which is down another 2.4 from my last weigh in. And only 1 pound from my goal weight! My only issue is that my back started to spasm again this week and as I sit here typing this pain is still present. I have been taking some over the counter medicine to try to alleviate some pain so I can get back to “work” tomorrow. Stay Tuned…
