After yesterday’s surprise in the schedule I was ready for what was to come on day 87. Pilates X is slated for today’s workout but as you should know by now I’m not a fan of it so I needed to switch it with something. The problem was that I normally swap it for X3 yoga, but X3 yoga is scheduled for tomorrow and I didn’t want to do the same workout two days in a row. What to do?
Day 87 Pilates X Switched with Ab Ripper X3
So ya, I swapped out Pilates X for the ab ripper workout. The ab ripper workout is only 16 minutes opposed to the normal 30 but it was what I decided to do. I had yard work to do after my workout so let’s just call it even. This is probably only the 3rd time I have done the Ab ripper X3 during these 90 days and today seemed to be pretty good. To be honest I was dreading it from my memory of the last time I did it. I guess my core has improved a bit. Still have a lot of room for improvement with this workout but I’ll take the progress as a good thing.

I finished my day 87 nutrition with 1992 calories and my macros at 38-39-23.
