I have been in sports all my life and have trained hard for different types of sports so I’m actually excited to start the Asylum. I have not ever used a ladder to train so that portion will be new to me and it showed. I hit the ladder quite a few times. We use the ladder a lot in today’s workout so I’m sure I will have a handle on it pretty quickly. I expect to get better with time on this routine but one thing I can tell you right now….This is going to be a long 30 days!
